Teagasc research shows that milk liners need to be replaced after 2,500 milkings.

After this a 5% reduction in milk yield occurs due to under milking.

A 5% reduction in milk yield in an 80 cow herd producing 5454 litres/cow equates to €2,553 loss of revenue over 5 months at 26 cent/litre.

It costs just €17 to replace the liners!

Milk-Rite Liners and Spirovac Vaccine Offers

Hi everyone,

This week we have some special offer prices on Milk Liners and Spirovac Vaccines.

As I'm sure you already know there are many makes of Milk Liner and many brands too.

But are you aware that you can get milk liners every bit as good as the brand name ones but at a considerable saving?

Here at http://www.MagentaDirect.ie we offer liners that will crossfit a large majority of liners at substantially cheaper prices.

They're top quality, best sellers for years now and more cutomers are being converted to them each year.

Check out great savings on our Milk-Rite Alternatives to DelaVal Milk Liners
and our Milk-Rite Alternatives to DairyMaster Milk Liners

Next up is Spirovac vaccine. The 50ml (25 dose) bottle has come down by €20.

Spirovac can be used as a possible alternative to the more expensive Leptavoid H

• Spirovac prevents hardjo-bovis infection.
• Provides 12 month duration of immunity (DOI) against harjo-bovis shedding.
• Spirovac prevents shedding and transmission with no detectable bacteria in kidneys or reproductive tract.
• Spirovac delivers protection in calves as young as four weeks of age, preventing hardjo-bovis before they become carriers.
• Spirovac is safe for use in pregnant and/or lactating cows and heifers.

That's all for this week, keep an eye out for our new Spring Newsletter being sent out in the coming weeks.

Regards, Colm Burke http://www.MagentaDirect.ie
